One platform, three configurations. Every Vision Systems scanner shares the same calibration, cooling and mounting architecture, so moving from a single laser to four does not mean re-engineering the machine around it.
Three design decisions that hold accuracy over time.
Optical closed-loop calibration
An integrated laser and optical calibration system maintains scan field accuracy in place, rather than depending on a single factory calibration held at the point of manufacture.
Additively manufactured cooling
Cooling channels are printed within the scanner body, dissipating heat from the motors and optical components so the scan field remains stable through extended operation.
Single integrated head plate
Dual- and quad-head configurations mount to one machined plate. Every head shares the same mechanical datum, minimising head-to-head alignment error at installation.

A scanner starts leaving calibration the moment it starts working. Motors warm. Optics drift. Mounting planes move under load. The industry answers this with a factory certificate and a service interval. Vision Systems answers it with three decisions taken inside the machine — so the field you commissioned is the field you are still running in month eighteen.

Arkametrix Solutions was founded by Shivaprasad DV and Bhanushree Sridhar Balaram, bringing together more than fifteen years of combined experience across advanced electrical engineering, biomedical technologies and additive manufacturing.
The company was built on a straightforward belief: the technologies that power advanced manufacturing should be accessible to the industries that need them — not only to the few manufacturers large enough to specify them from abroad.
Optics, electronics, control and software sit in one building in Bengaluru. That is a deliberate choice rather than a convenience: it is what allows a change in the optical design to be answered in the firmware the same week, and it is why commissioning and service are handled by the people who designed the system.
