Advanced Optical Technologies

Precision engineering for everyone.

Arkametrix designs and manufactures optical control technologies — galvanometer scanner systems, the control electronics that drive them, and the integration that makes them work inside your machine.

Why Arkametrix

Three design decisions that hold accuracy over time.

Scan field linearity

Optical closed-loop calibration

An integrated laser and optical calibration system maintains scan field accuracy in place, rather than depending on a single factory calibration held at the point of manufacture.

Zero drift per °C

Additively manufactured cooling

Cooling channels are printed within the scanner body, dissipating heat from the motors and optical components so the scan field remains stable through extended operation.

Single integrated head plate

Dual- and quad-head configurations mount to one machined plate. Every head shares the same mechanical datum, minimising head-to-head alignment error at installation.

Talk to an engineer

Tell us what the machine has to do.

Send the laser source, field size and cycle requirement. An engineer reads it and comes back with questions — not a brochure.

We reply within one working day.
What we do

Optical hardware, control systems, and the engineering that connects them.

Arkametrix works across the full stack — optics, electronics, control and software — so a system arrives as one designed solution rather than a set of sourced parts.

01

Galvo Scanner Systems

Precision laser scanning and beam positioning systems engineered for speed, accuracy and reliability.

02

Custom Control Systems

Intelligent control solutions designed around your specific machine, process and automation requirements.

03

Optical-Electrical Systems

Integrated optical and electrical technologies developed to bring advanced applications from concept to production.

04

System Integration

End-to-end integration of hardware, electronics, controls and software for coherent system performance.

05

After-Sales Services

Responsive technical support and lifecycle services that keep systems performing reliably long after installation.

How we work

An engineering process, not a catalogue.

01

Application review

We start from the laser source, field size, cycle time and integration constraints — not from a catalogue part number.

You receive: a written statement of the constraints we are designing against.
02

System specification

Configuration, optics and control architecture are defined against your application and issued as a written specification.

You receive: the specification sheet and mounting drawings for sign-off.
03

In-house build

Additive manufacture, optical assembly, control electronics and firmware are produced under one roof, on an internal supply chain.

You receive: the built system with its measured calibration record.
04

Integration and support

Commissioning, calibration and lifecycle service, with development and serviceability designed in from the first drawing.

You receive: commissioning on your machine and a named engineering contact.
About Arkametrix

An engineering company, first.

Arkametrix Solutions was founded by D Shivaprasad and Bhanushree Sridhar Balaram, bringing together more than fifteen years of combined experience across advanced electrical engineering, biomedical technologies and additive manufacturing.

The company was built on a straightforward belief: the technologies that power advanced manufacturing should be accessible to the industries that need them — not only to the few manufacturers large enough to specify them from abroad.

Optics, electronics, control and software sit in one building in Bengaluru. That is a deliberate choice rather than a convenience: it is what allows a change in the optical design to be answered in the firmware the same week, and it is why commissioning and service are handled by the people who designed the system.
